Today Logan Shinholser sits down with George Hodges Fulton to discuss how he took BOWA Construction from $12 million to $35 million through his awesome production management skills

George has been able to zero in on his true passion – helping business owners and leadership teams get what they want from their businesses.

George holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. He earned his Master’s degree in Construction Management and Manufacturing Technology from Colorado State University while building his career in the construction industry in Denver, Colorado.

After relocating to the Washington, DC area, George spent 14 years with BOWA Inc., the largest whole-house remodeler in the country. There he was introduced to the power of a business operating system (Scaling Up) and saw its impact firsthand as he worked on and within the system. George ultimately became a Principal of the firm and helped grow it from $12 to $35 million. He also worked within the business as an intrapreneur, building a division from just a concept to over $15 million in revenue.

In 2017, he was brought in to be the COO of a Landscape Design/Build firm. There he self-implemented the EOS business operating system, increasing revenue by 129% and net profit by 351%. He went on to become a Certified EOS Implementer, working with dozens of companies to help them gain traction and achieve great results.

A lifelong student of business, George is always learning, evaluating and refining the tools he uses to help his clients. This journey ultimately led him in 2021 to become a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide.
