What is the most important part of the sales process and completion of a project for a contractor? Some of you may the answer is money. Well, yes and no. The most important part of any sales gig is customer service, more importantly, showing the customer that you know exactly what you are doing. Logan just spent the last 2 weeks on the road between San Diego and Ann Arbor visiting clients and marketing gurus.
